About this house rental

This luxury beach retreat has everything you need for a vacation with comfort and style. Newly renovated with luxury vinyl flooring, quarts countertops, stainless steel appliances, 55” flat screen tv with a fire stick, card and board games, central A/C, ceiling fans in each room, a designated workspace with high speed wifi, washer and dryer, a private fenced yard with a gas grill and cozy patio seating. Located on the ground floor with parking right in front. Home is situated in a quiet established neighborhood, only minutes from Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beaches, and Longboat Key.

The rental was perfect! The host's were so helpful when we wanted to stay longer. The check in and out was easy. Perfect location. The bed was so comfortable, we reached out and asked, and then purchased one for our house! We had an opportunity to meet one of the host's, very friendly and mentioned some beautiful places to go see some of the area's best beaches! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful rental. Private entrance is a plus. Everything you need for a stay including a washer/dryer. Close to Freedom Village if you are there to visit family.

Bare necessities only. Loud ac ran constantly. Driveway is steep. Stepping stones very precarious for elderly people. TV has no regular stations, only old reruns Hosts were very nic. Not really a beavh house
