After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The traditional lanai has been incorporated into the living room. The sliding doors open to allow fresh air and Gulf breezes, offering the best of indoor comfort and outdoor ambiance.
Unit 1004 Highlights: Located on the 10th floor. Newly updated. Direct Gulf-front. Sleeps up to 4 guests. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and the guest room includes a queen-size Murphy bed. Guest bedroom functions as an at-home office. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.
As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.
Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.
Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

Well-maintained, clean, and spacious condo located on Ft. Meyers Beach with an excellent ocean view.Everything was in good working order and as advertised (and shown in the pictures).The Caper Beach facilities were also very well cared for.We very much enjoyed the beach and the (heated) pool. Definitely would stay again at this condo and the Caper Beach condo units.
