This 2BR/2BA unit at Sandpoint Condominium is located direct oceanfront on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach. The spacious living area is light and bright with sliding glass doors to the balcony, an open kitchen with full size appliances, breakfast bar and in unit laundry. The oceanfront main bedroom features a queen bed and attached full bath. Your guest bedroom is just steps from the 2nd bath, has two twin beds, and a desk for those of you needing a work space.
The POOL and BEACH ACCESS are OPEN! Great Daytona Beach Shores location close to grocery stores, restaurants and bridges to mainland. We would love set you up in this beautiful condominium for your next vacation!
Please Note: Balcony restoration is currently underway at the building. Construction crews work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and work includes drilling and jackhammering, which creates very loud noise that can be heard throughout the property.
At this time, crews are working on the north & west side balconies. This unit is located on the east side of the building so no work in front of this unit - balcony is open and accessible, however, construction noise may still heard inside the unit.
If you plan to spend most of your days at the beach, exploring the area, or taking day trips, the noise may have minimal impact on your stay. If you expect to spend significant time in the unit during construction hours, please be aware that the noise is and can be extremely loud.

You have one reserved parking spot right by the lobby entrance - no garage parking at this time. Only one car per unit allowed on property. Extra parking in public lot available across the street with a Sandpoint parking pass.

Condo was very well stocked with basic spices and cooking oils, beach and bath towels, bath and cleaning supplies, and some games. The location was convenient and the view was lovely. Ashley was communicative and helpful. I would stay again.

The place was fantastic, clean, and amazing views. The biggest asset was the ease of the short travel to Daytona Speedway for Rockville. Two roads straight there straight back.
