Step inside to the first floor living area that leads to the covered patio with seating, ping pong & pool table combo, grill, fire pit, pool and spa. This is where memories are made, with views out to the ocean and direct access to the beach. The pool is heated so you can swim no matter the weather. Once evening sets in, set up the 4k projector and enjoy a movie on the white wall right next to the pool. There is also a bathroom with a shower with it's own access from patio.
Upstairs you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area with large windows that frame stunning views of the ocean. The bright, modern design is both stylish and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for your beach getaway. This house is truly amazing!! Stunning property. However, the pool and hot tub are NOT maintained. When I contacted the number given to me to ask them to turn on the pump so that the water would circulate and filter the water, I got the same message for two days. They said they would contact their team about it. In the meantime, the pool water became more and more cloudy. We finally contacted the agency in Arkansas and got someone to help us. The rental agency is in Arkansas and they can’t help you in Orange beach, Alabama. Also, there are sisal rugs in the main living room and the bottom floor living area. Everything goes right through these rugs. We picked up the edge of the rugs and there was enough sand underneath to build a sand castle. Obviously, the cleaning team does not clean under the rugs. Bottom line, if you don’t really want to use the pool and hot tub, and you don’t mind not having access to a local caretaker, then this is the place for you.

The house accommodated 3 generations with room to spread out. Beach access and views were wonderful. We had a “sunrise club” every morning. The decks on all levels were a preferred space. Thank you for a great week.

Property was excellent. Could not get TV on main level to work.Grill was very dirty.No instructions for hot tub.Two beds had no comforters.

The house was NOT cleaned well at all. It’s supposed to be a nonsmoking but it isn’t. It freaked of smoke to the point we had to go out a buy furniture fabreze and air fresheners for every room and we rewatched the bed sheets so we didn’t smell like smoke while sleeping. There was also a MAJOR ant infestation. The main floor rug is full of them as is the sofa. We had them crawling on us. We had to put All of our beach towels over the couch to sit on it. The outside main floor cushions are badly stained with black rot so we turned them over and put towels over them. The pool lights only work on half and the hot tub didn’t heat up. You have to download an app to turn the jets on and heat up the pool. That info wasn’t presented to us. I had to contact the owner to figure all of that out. There are also rafts and extra propane tanks inside outdoor closets but those were locked and we had no idea how to open until we complained about having no propane for the grill. The pool needs maintenance and the water was very cloudy. According to the pool app it was extremely low on salt! The house layout is very very nice and mostly stocked well. Beds are very comfortable. But the cleanliness and smoke smell was really terrible.Bring your own Kleenex and trash bags (the few provided are paper thin). There was no wash rags to do dishes or dish towels to dry dishes so we had to go out and buy some.
