** POOL AND SPA **
While the home features a gorgeous outdoor pool, not all guests choose to use it during their stay. For that reason, we don't include pool in the nightly price of the rental. You can decide if you want to add pool heating for $79/day to your reservation. The pool is heated to 81 degrees (comfortable for lounging) and spa heated to 101 degrees.
The pool and spa are cleaned and serviced before each stay for your convenience.
**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and will send you the code 7 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Parking is easy as we offer 2 tandem parking spaces in our driveway, with parking on the street. We also offer free luggage drop if you arrive early and want to go explore town before check-in time! Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
**INTERACTION WITH GUESTS**
Owners live very close by, and will treat you like family. We'll do anything and everything it takes to ensure your stay is remembered as one of your best trips ever! We look forward to hosting you!
** HOUSE RULES **
- No smoking indoors
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- $79 optional nightly pool heating
- No hot tub or outside music after 10pm
** CANCELLATION POLICY **
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.

Sensational stay for the whole family. Extremely detailed and clear communication from the hosts. Pool and rooms were amazing. Much more spacious than we were anticipated. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was extremely clean & the decor was very beautiful & well done. Everything in the home was labeled & easy to find. The welcome snacks & drinks were appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. The outside pool, hot tub, decks & lounging spaces were incredible, it truly felt like an oasis in the city! Our family enjoyed the game room as well. The bathrooms are a bit small but nothing that ruined our stay. The location was centrally located for all the San Diego activities we had planned, we would love to stay here again in the future!

The Paradiso Urabano is perfect for just a couple or a whole big get together. It's walkable to 2-3 great restaurants and close to the highway to get anywhere around San Diego quickly, yet still in a quaint and safe neighborhood area. Love they provided free snacks and beverages which is a nice touch. Always recommend staying with this group. Fantastic service and amazing properties.

Property is good for the price. It is as described, no issues with that. Host is communicative as well. Beware though, the cleaning staff will be at your door step at the checkout time sharp which was slightly odd so be sure to check out before the time mentioned.
