About this apartment rental
Incredible water views from this top-floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cozy and well decorated end-unit condo in a gated community in Beautiful Beaufort South Carolina. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, comfy King-Size bed, and private deck! Close drive to Downtown Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island! Also visit Charleston and Savannah! Looking for a getaway? Or headed to Beaufort for a Marine Corps Graduation Ceremony at Parris Island? This is the perfect condo!
This unit is not suitable for children or infants due to the proximity/danger of the water and the railing safety design in the backyard. If you book and have children you are assuming all responsibility for their safety and liability.
There is 1 dedicated parking space labelled with the unit number for our home. Should you need a second parking space, any unnumbered space may be used, labeled V for Visitor.
NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door.
BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for a $40/Night fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door.
Please note this is an end unit on the 2nd floor, but you do share a wall with the unit next door. It is possible you may hear noises from time to time, but everyone is very respectful here.

Such a cutie condo! The view was beautiful. Nothing could be finer then a glass of wine setting on the deck watching the boats go by. Very well stocked kitchen & super clean.I would highly recommend staying here. Hope to visit again.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this adorable condo. The views of the river were amazing. The bed was very comfortable, it was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Beaufort!

From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The hosts gave very specific details about everything. From directions to the location (with a video), how to enter through the gate, entering the premises with the code, how to lock up properly. I msg'd them a couple times and they replied instantly. We were there for our son's Bootcamp graduation and this couldn't be any closer to the entrance to the base. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Great location, great hosts!!!
