The space
Designed for up to 2 guests, this studio makes smart use of every corner. A private entrance and keyless smart lock mean arrivals can happen on your schedule, with no coordination required.
Sleeping arrangements
A king bed anchors the room, dressed with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets for a restful night. Hangers and clothing storage keep your stay organized, and essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are fully stocked before you arrive.
Living and entertainment
Stream shows on the TV, stay connected via Wifi or Ethernet connection, or settle into the dedicated workspace if the day calls for it. A crib is available for guests traveling with a little one.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchenette is stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses - everything you need for light meals and easy mornings. A dining table for two rounds out the setup.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - everything needed to rinse off and recharge after a day at the beach.

Central air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the studio comfortable through every season San Clemente has to offer.

Positioned in the heart of downtown, the property sits steps from shops, restaurants, and local spots along Avenida Del Mar. Beach access is available nearby, a short 10 minute walk!

Free parking on premises is included, with a designated space for your unit.

Long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.
Guests have access to their specific UNIT 2 of the complex. Unit 2 is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
Please bring your own beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas to use during your stay. We provide beach towels.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
No outdoor music system, please bring your own Bluetooth enabled devices.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Wow! I don’t want to tell anyone about this place as it will never become available. It’s so great! As my British wife says, it’s on the “high” street and Everything is right outside your door. The property is super clean, the bed is comfortable, there is parking, I can go on and on. Don’t overthink it just rent it.

Great spot. Wish we had more time. The apartment is beautiful. Feels way bigger than 700 sq.ft. Loved the view of the main street. Actually pretty quiet for beign above a cafe and next to restaurants. We look forward to staying agin. Thank you.

The pictures are very accurate. We were in room 2. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, towels and linens were nice. Lots of room for clothing, double sinks in the bathroom, plenty of room for bathroom supplies, and a nice big shower. Large bay window that over looked Del Mar.
The only issue we had was the lights on the outside stairs were not on at night and the stairs are pretty steep. It probably was just a timer error because they were on during the day. They said they would get it taken care of immediately.
