We enjoyed a relaxed 3 nights here for my 40th birthday and would definitely return. The house is very spacious, it will easily accommodate the 6 people and there is ample parking. It is also well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches, the piano was also welcome! The village itself is quiet, there are lots of places to walk nearby plus a short drive takes you to the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy and surrounding forests or a longer drive (an hour and a half ish) takes you to Snowdon. For anyone used to living in a built up area it is lovely to be in complete darkness at night with just the stars, lights twinkling in the distance and sheep for company.

I stayed here with my brother and dog in September, we was very lucky with the weather and had the most gorgeous views. It was beautiful and relaxing, just what we needed with a little anxious dog. I love being outside and taking pictures and this place did not disappoint, from Sunsets to sunrises, animals and even army helicopters, I found myself very excited to be there and to witness the beauty surrounding the cottage. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want a quiet get away.

Lovely location and very comfortable cottage. It was a pity that the lane beyond the cottage was overgrown. The public footpath signs had been removed and access fenced over. Local pub close by did excellent food.
