This bright and cheery 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, with nice size back yard & deck. High-speed internet & cable TV. One full size beds in master bedroom, and 3 full size beds in 2nd bedroom. Washer & Dryer on premises. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Bicycles in the garage for your enjoyment. Driveway can fit two cars. Short walk to beach and walking distance to restaurants & bars. All our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Watch Space Center launches from the beach. Walk or ride bikes to the peer, or enjoy the restaurants at the Cape Canaveral port, fresh fish plucked from the ocean. Home away from home with all necessary amenities.

Great location 2 blocks from the beach and close to Kennedy Space Center and the cocoa beach pier. We saw a night time rocket launch from the beach right by the home. Clean and comfortable accommodation for a family of two adults and four kids. It is also about 15 minutes from Thousand Islands, where we went boating and kayaking and saw dolphins and manatees. The mangrove tunnels were fun :).

The stay was very comfortable. The unit was well stocked, very clean and you can’t beat the location. Short walk to the beach and a short drive everywhere else. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect location near the beach and anything you could possibly need you could find nearby. We enjoyed our stay here. 10/10!
