About this house rental
Enjoy the panoramic views of the Colorado River from any of the 3 decks of our home. Our beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bath home with that is well maintained and in the perfect location. About 10 houses down from a launch ramp and plenty driveway parking as well as boat deep covered parking . (No inside garage parking) Enjoy the day life out on the water during the day and then head out for a night out on the town by being minutes away from multiple restraunts and nightlife attractions. Laughlin is approximately 1 mile up river and the Avi Casino and resort is down river roughly 3 miles or Pirates Cove a litter further down than that! This house is in the prime location of Holiday Shores. We would love for you to come and see for yourself all of what our property has to offer!!

We have great neighbors and want to keep it that way so please be respectful of our home and them as well! This is a great home for a good time but definitely not a party pad to trash!!! Neighbors all watch carefully over each other in this neighborhood so you can ensure you are in one of the best areas in Bullhead!! Floating down river in the no wake zone is an absolute blast!!

Property accommodated 14 people comfortably. The host was very responsive. Nice quality towels, linens, kitchen well stocked, comfortable furniture, nice BBQ. Only draw back was that the water level in the channel made it very difficult to enter and exit with a boat.

This home worked out perfectly for our family of 11. We loved being on the River. We were able to easily park 4 vehicles plus a trailer. Communication was great and all of our family enjoyed this location. If we make it back this way again we would certainly stay in this home again.
