A 4-bedroom, 2-bath Riverview home for up to 12, with a screened saltwater pool and lanai looking out over the lake. Brandon Mall is 15–20 minutes, downtown Tampa 25–30 and Busch Gardens or the airport about 30 minutes.

The living room, dining area and kitchen sit together at the center of the house. Two sofas and two armchairs surround the smart TV, and a dining table for 8 sits in front of a large window. Sliding doors lead to the screened lanai, where the saltwater pool and the seating area look out over the lake. Past guests say the lanai is where the group ends up every evening.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a quiet residential street in Riverview, southeast of Tampa. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, and the setting cannot be changed mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 12. A king, four queens across three rooms, and living-room sofas for 2.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Beach gear: chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing.
