Enjoy the space and flexibility of a 7-bedroom vacation home along with your own private pool and spa and Solterra Resort's popular lazy river and waterslides. Accommodating up to 14 guests across approximately 3,137 square feet, this spacious home is well suited for large families, multiple families traveling together, sports groups, golf getaways, and Disney vacations.



Step outside to your private screened pool, spa, and spacious lanai. The north-facing pool area creates your own outdoor retreat where the family can swim, relax, and spend time together between Orlando adventures. A spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room to enjoy the Florida weather.



The adjoining spa offers another place to unwind after long days exploring the theme parks. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



Inside, the spacious living areas make it easy for larger groups to spend time together while still having room to spread out. The main living room provides a comfortable gathering place for family movie nights, relaxing after the parks, or planning the next day's adventures.



The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home convenient, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to Disney, putting together lunch for a pool day, or enjoying a relaxed family dinner.



With seven bedrooms, the home provides flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. Two upstairs king bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, while two queen bedrooms and three twin bedrooms provide additional accommodations. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room adds even more sleeping flexibility.



Entertainment is available throughout the home with a flat-screen TV in the living room and TVs in all bedrooms except the Princess room, giving guests plenty of options when they're ready for some downtime.



Two garage parking spaces add convenience for groups traveling with multiple vehicles, while the home's location inside the secure gated Solterra Resort provides easy access to the community's extensive recreational amenities.

Solterra Resort is a secure gated vacation community offering an impressive collection of recreational amenities for families and groups visiting Central Florida. Spend the afternoon floating along the lazy river, cool off in the resort-style swimming pool, or add some excitement to the day on the waterslides.



Guests looking for a more relaxing resort experience can unwind in the outdoor spa, while those who want to stay active can visit the fitness center or enjoy tennis and volleyball. Younger guests can spend time at the children's playground, and picnic areas provide additional places for families to enjoy time together outdoors.



The approximately 5,600-square-foot clubhouse serves as the center of the community and also includes a business center with internet access. With a lazy river, waterslides, swimming, fitness, sports, and family recreation available within the community, Solterra makes it easy to enjoy an entire vacation day without visiting the theme parks.



RESORT ACCESS FEE



Solterra Resort charges an amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment is made directly at the clubhouse during your stay using a credit or debit card.
