This house is clean and communication with the property manager was excellent. The house served its purpose for us which was mainly to sleep in comfortable beds, eat breakfast and relax a little bit during a busy 5-day graduation celebration. AC is excellent and showers are very nice. The common spaces are small, the only place to sit and eat is a small counter with 4 stools, but really only 2 people can sit there. The living area has a nice TV and seating for 4-5 people. The outside patio isn't as nice as in the pictures, but maybe in summer it gets cleaned up more than it was when we were there. Parking is tight to get in to but it's nice that the car is secure behind a gate. The back of the house where the parking is is shared with another house that's a bit of a mess, and you have to maneuver around their garbage cans. That second house had also piled a ton of trash outside the gate that we had to move in order to get our car in. We had a second car and it was easy to find street parking

The stay was nice and the host was very responsive and had clear communication on arrival/deportation instructions I would definitely book again
