The perfect day doesn’t end there---this west facing home provides BREATHTAKING SUNSETS over the water. At day end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, sipping a beverage and grilling southern Florida fresh seafood.
With 2200 square feet of living space including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, one tub, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and laundry, there is room for the whole family or a large group of friends. Open floor plan for entertaining, yet plenty of privacy for all. The patio doors from the living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms all disappear into the wall to increase your entertaining space. The entire home has been completely remodeled. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedroom 2: king bed, bedroom 3: queen bed and bedroom 4: two twin beds, sleeping a total of eight.
Boaters will love the 2 minute, around the corner, no bridge access to the river. It’s a quick half hour ride to Sanibel or Captiva and the Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun park and restaurant stops in between.
The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

Lovely villa in great location, short distance to shops and restaurants. Fabulous outside space with large pool. Had great fun kayaking in the wide canals. Good fishing from the dock and even spotted some dolphins. Enjoyed cycling around the quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was Beautiful!!! Home was equipped with all we needed and then some! My husband and son really enjoyed the fishing, while the girls and I enjoyed the spacious pool. And The View from the pool was Amazing!! We even saw dolphins swim through! If you want a truly relaxing memorable vacation, this is the place to stay! Perfect location away from the tourist craze but still within close driving range.
This will be the place we come back to, if we travel back to Cape Coral!

We were only2 in a large house but plenty of everything to use for a large family. i would suggest a kettle had to boil pot for tea but other than that the place was great.

Love residential community only a short ride to grocery store and restaurants. Sitting by our private pool overlooking the canals was beautiful and restful. Having a washer/dryer available was an added perc.
