About this villa rental
Brand-new, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked 4 BR/ 3 bath waterfront Villa with heated pool and spa, kayaks, fishing poles and bicycles. Located in the center of desirable SW Cape Coral, close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Sleeps 8. All included in booking price, no further fees will occur after booking.
We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.
Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.
You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via an access code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.
Villa Coral Bliss is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the center of beautiful SW Cape Coral. A Publix grocery store, Walmart, multiple great restaurants and bars, a Target, a CVS, a Walgreens, a weekly farmers market, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, and multiple beautiful parks and marinas are just a few minutes away by car.
One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.
Throughout your stay, our property manager will be available by phone or email to assist with any questions or needs
Relax in our awesome brand-new built Villa Coral Bliss where sophistication and elegance meet coziness and warmth. As soon as you enter this gorgeous home your body goes into vacation mode. From a huge pool and a great lanai with an outdoor kitchen, to an 80 inch TV and a sofa with recliners big enough for some whole family TV nights, to some great and spacious bedrooms - all with king size beds and TVs- to 3 full super bathrooms - all with huge walk-in showers...and last but not least to a wonderful kitchen with everything you need to entertain and cook - if you feel like it;) - it's all there.
Take the kayaks for a spin through the canals, spend some time fishing right off the property, take a dip in the heated pool, relax in the sun with a good book and last but not least enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner at sunset on the nicely lit patio – how do days like that sound?
Villa Coral Bliss is conveniently located in the heart of Cape Coral. No matter if you want to go out and eat in one of our great restaurants or if you want to go shopping or visit a park or a marina - everything is within a 5-to-10-minute car ride.
The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the reservation.
In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.

This house was the perfect size for our family of eight. It was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay. The pool inflatables were a great bonus, and the sand toys made our shell and shark tooth hunting adventures so much easier and more enjoyable. Our boys especially loved having access to the fishing poles and spent time fishing in the canal. The location was also excellent—close to major highways and conveniently situated between the Everglades and the many beautiful beaches we visited. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return!

Spacious house! Lots of things to do, the house was fully stocked with pool toys and floats! The kitchen was also fully stocked with utensils and serving dishes. It felt like the home was taken care by someone who would want it to feel like they would like it when they were on vacation. Lots of attention to detail and necessities. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out whether it was reading or listening to music on the outdoor TV while playing volleyball in the pool. The beach accessories also came in handy for our day trip to Fort Myers Beach. Another positive was it didn’t feel like check out was stressful like other rentals. Very basic instructions which is appreciated!!!

This home was amazing! Everything was just as described and then some. Home and Pool were spotless and the beach accessories were perfect for the day we went to Sanibel Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful home. I wished we could have enjoyed it longer but our son got married and we had limited down time. However, the time we were able to spend there was lovely!
