About this apartment rental
Two-room apartment on the ground floor with garden, about 55 m² of usable space, up to 4 people, living room with satellite TV, sofa bed for 2 persons. Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning. Kitchen with utensils, fridge, induction hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Comfortable bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet, and with window.
Outside there is a garden with table and chairs for sunbathing and to read in relaxation.
Indoor parking closed.
The shutters are equipped with hooks which we ask you to use so that sudden winds do not cause them to slam violently. Thank you.

in Quiet and Enchanting location on Lake Maggiore, rented apartments "vacation use" of new construction, from 48-58 m2 (3-4 people), about 200 meters. from the lake with beach and public swimming pool, comfortable to all the services at "feet" (at 200 mt from the State Road and at 700 mt from the LIDL Supermarket). "Inside" private parking space.

The accommodation is located in the historic center of Verbania Suna, in the immediate vicinity of the romantic lakefront overlooking the beautiful Borromean Gulf.
This picturesque village, of medieval origin, among all the hamlets that make up Verbania is famous for its quaint old town with lakefront, recently enriched with trendy clubs (bars, restaurants, pubs, etc.).
You can choose the nearby free beach with green lawn and sand where you can sunbathe, equipped with a bar-restaurant (with excellent pizzas), or have fun in the public swimming pool directly overlooking the lake.
In 10 minutes on foot you can reach Pallanza where you can take the boat to visit the Borromean Islands and where the market takes place on Friday mornings. In the public car park in the center of the town of Suna (Via Contardo Ferrini) there is a charging station for electric cars.
A long walk of 2 Km. That runs along the banks of the lake, almost entirely tree-lined, connects Suna to Pallanza, and then continue with a second panoramic walk of about 3 km., Between nineteenth-century villas and a green hill, including the famous " Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto ", until you reach the hamlet of Intra (with its port for boarding the ferries) and the famous Saturday market.

We had the room with garden so somewhere to sit out. Our apartment was clean and well equipped, Loredana met us with a command of English that greatly embarrassed my attempts at Italian was very welcoming and informative.even apologised for one morning of rain as if this was her fault! Easy access to ferry at pallanza and walking distance to a choice of restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Great apartment, 200m from lake front, 150m from supermarket and 1klm from main town of pallanza with many shops, restaurants, and ferry terminal to get to stresa isola boromeos etc.
suna is the little town where the apartment is,it has its own restaurants and shops,and 2 beaches, and its a lovely short stroll along the promenade pallanza.
We went by alibus from malpenza cost us 15 euros each, it drops you at suna bus stop which is 200m from apartment, pre book you ticket on alibus web site print off booking slip then you pay cash on the bus i would advise this in high season,this bus service stops on 30 sept therefore we walked to pallanza got boat to stresa ,theres a train station 200 metres from lake front, train to Galarate, and caught the the SACO bus just outside Gallarate station to malpenza it cost us less than the 15 euros on alibus !!
The apartment was spotless it had a liitle garden and chairs,position is Quiet but so near to everything.But the best thing was Loredana the owner she was so helpful and kind and offered to drive us to stresa or intra for our journey home. Thankyou Loredana

We had a very nice, clean ,big apartment with a little garden. It was very quiet in the neigbourhood.
The owners were very friendly and they helped us when it was necessary.

it's a very nice apartment in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, close to the lake (beach and pool) and a couple of restaurants.
the landlords are a young couple, very friendly and helpful. they take good care of you. we had a wonderful week there and we're going back there someday.
