About this apartment rental
Two-room apartment on the ground floor with garden, about 55 m² of usable space, up to 4 people, living room with satellite TV, sofa bed for 2 persons. Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning. Kitchen with utensils, fridge, induction hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Comfortable bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet, and with window.
Outside there is a garden with table and chairs for sunbathing and to read in relaxation.
Indoor parking closed.
The shutters are equipped with hooks which we ask you to use so that sudden winds do not cause them to slam violently. Thank you.

in Quiet and Enchanting location on Lake Maggiore, rented apartments "vacation use" of new construction, from 48-58 m2 (3-4 people), about 200 meters. from the lake with beach and public swimming pool, comfortable to all the services at "feet" (at 200 mt from the State Road and at 700 mt from the LIDL Supermarket). "Inside" private parking space.

The accommodation is located in the historic center of Verbania Suna, in the immediate vicinity of the romantic lakefront overlooking the beautiful Borromean Gulf.
This picturesque village, of medieval origin, among all the hamlets that make up Verbania is famous for its quaint old town with lakefront, recently enriched with trendy clubs (bars, restaurants, pubs, etc.).
You can choose the nearby free beach with green lawn and sand where you can sunbathe, equipped with a bar-restaurant (with excellent pizzas), or have fun in the public swimming pool directly overlooking the lake.
In 10 minutes on foot you can reach Pallanza where you can take the boat to visit the Borromean Islands and where the market takes place on Friday mornings. In the public car park in the center of the town of Suna (Via Contardo Ferrini) there is a charging station for electric cars.
A long walk of 2 Km. That runs along the banks of the lake, almost entirely tree-lined, connects Suna to Pallanza, and then continue with a second panoramic walk of about 3 km., Between nineteenth-century villas and a green hill, including the famous " Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto ", until you reach the hamlet of Intra (with its port for boarding the ferries) and the famous Saturday market.

Era tutto molto bellissimo. A pianterreno si sta benissimo anche se fuori cerano 37 gradi. L’unica cosa che mi ha disturbato un poco erano le zanzare di sera fuori sul terrazzo. Senno tutto super.

Wir haben die Woche in Verbania-Suna sehr genossen. Loredana hat uns schon vor Beginn der Reise bestens betreut. Toll, wie gut sie deutsch spricht!
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Besonders gut ist die Lage. In 2 Minuten waren wir am See. Die Eisdiele und die Restaurants sind sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir sind an der Strandpromenade bis nach Pallanza gelaufen und konnten dort mit dem Schiff fahren, z. B. zu den borromäischen Inseln.
Wichtig ist ein guter Mückenschutz, aber damit ist im Sommer in Italien zu rechnen.
Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Loredana für die überaus gute Betreuung.

Séjour en famille du 1 au 5 mai 2018. Bel appartement propre et bien équipé, rien ne manque. A 2 minutes à pied du lac. Environnement calme, parking privé appréciable. Accueil chaleureux par une hôtesse vraiment charmante. Verbania est idéalement située pour rayonner sur les principaux sites touristiques du lac. Petit plus, les propriétaires ont élaboré un classeur avec les principales infos pratiques et quelques bonnes adresses, avis aux amateurs de gelati ! Adresse à recommander.
