About this apartment rental
Our building is called Sea Pointe. This 4th-floor unit is freshly painted and sleeps 7. It boasts a brand-new furnace, hot water heater and central air with a washer and dryer for your comfort. The master bedroom has a full brand-new bathroom, new king bed, and sliding glass door access to the oceanfront balcony. The glass out to the oceanfront balcony in the living room was just replaced for a clear view of the ocean. All kitchen appliances were updated in August 2020. The balcony was recently waterproofed and there is brand new outdoor furniture.
The second bedroom has a single and queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a desk. There are TVs with cable in each room and wifi with instructions next to each television. The second bath has been recently updated with new fixtures, floor and vanity. The unit is steps away from the pristine Cherry Grove beach with Lifeguards on duty in season. The 4th-floor unit includes parking passes for the parking garage that goes right up to the 4th floor for easy access to the unit. An indoor pool and hot tub are available for when you need a break from the sun. The building has an elevator, barbecue, and picnic area.
Cherry Grove is a quiet beachfront area that has been ranked by TripAdvisor as the #11 best beach nationwide. The beach in front of the unit is never overcrowded and a lifeguard is on duty in season. A few hundred yards down the beach the inlet meets the ocean and the sunrises and nature are breathtaking. The property is away from the congestion but just a short drive or uber ride to the action. You'll find this condo in a scenic salt marsh area with colorful and fascinating wildlife. Relax on the oceanfront balcony and watch the waves roll in. Grab your crab line and net - catch your own fresh seafood dinner. There's even a local fishing pier where you can try your luck with rod & reel. Heritage Shores Nature Preserve at the end of 56th Avenue North is a natural island in the salt marsh with hiking trails, boardwalks, observation decks, picnic shelters and lots more eco-friendly fun.
Unit rents weekly Saturday to Saturday in the high season (mid-May through August).

Linens are provided for your connivence. The beds have sheets, quilt and pillows. An additional blanket can be found in the bedroom's closet. The master bathroom will have four bath towels, two hand towels and two wash clothes. The main bathroom with have six bath towels, two hand towels and two wash clothes with extra wash clothes under the sink.

This was a great place for our vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The host even had dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper available. I didn’t have to use what I brought with me. The rooms were nice. The master bedroom was spacious and the master bath was roomy with a seat in the shower which would be great for traveling with someone who would need that. The master closet was very roomy and had a washer dryer. The location is great and beach access was easy for us. One of the best things was a storage area for beach items, so you didn’t have to bring them up to the room. The host included beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. Other items were available as well. The host was very helpful! It was the easiest check-in and out we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this property. If you bring children, there is an indoor pool although we stayed at the beach and did not use it.

Our family loved this beach condo. We were able to find this property on short notice and it exceeded our expectations. We have already recommended this condo to other friends. Even the teenagers liked staying here and the accommodations.

This property has absolutely everything! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the furniture was very nice and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
