The villa’s comfortable bedding includes a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom. For your convenience, the unit offers complimentary Wi-Fi.
Xanadu is a secure building with restricted access for parking and building entry, enhanced by concrete walls for soundproofing and safety. Enjoy a quick 5-minute walk to the pristine South Forest Beach, or explore Coligny Plaza, the vibrant heart of Hilton Head, featuring a variety of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and a grocery store.

Villa was nice. It could use some updates, such as the other 2 shower heads were almost falling out of the wall. The only update was the one half bath. The TV stand had a cabinet that wasn’t attached and just sitting there in place. The walls are super thin and we could hear other people come in and out. In the master bedroom you could hear them peeing in the room next to us. The blinds in one of the rooms didn’t open or close. It did have good security features like a locked gate where you park and a key fob needed to get in the building. It did have extra chairs and sand toys which was nice. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad but coligny beach isn’t my favorite and I realize that now.

The rooms were clean. The furniture in the family room was old and uncomfortable. I wish the host knew what is actually in the condo. I was told there were no hair dryers and beach chairs, which we had to then bring ourselves. There is a closet filled with beach toys/chairs. There was a fishy smell when we arrived and we had to buy cleaning products to clean out the refrigerator. Going to the private beach entrance is a nightmare if you have small children. The road is very busy and there is no cross walk or blinking lights to the entrance to the private beach entrance. We were happy that we were able to check in before the 4pm check in time. I liked Hilton Head, but would recommend staying at a condo right on the beach.
