Edgewater Tower 1 Two Bedroom Penthouse Condo offers stunning views of the 11,500 square foot lagoon pool with the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop. You'll book an unforgettable beachfront getaway in this 2 bedroom plus upstair loft room, 2 and a half bathroom Edgewater Tower 1 Penthouse condo with massive rooftop balcony! It comfortably sleeps up to 6. There is a king sized bed in the Master suite, and one queen in the guest suite. There is a day bed with trundle in the upstairs loft that allows you to sleep 2 teenagers comfortably up there. Welcome to Edgewater, your Perfect Place in Panama City Beach, FL!
This stunning top (12th) floor Penthouse offers mesmerizing views of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Lagoon Pool from the spacious main floor balcony and the massive rooftop balcony!
The kitchen comes well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!
The dining room, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and we have more seating at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room. The views are endless!
Enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean on your private balcony. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset.
There is a full size washer/dryer located on the main floor with an iron and ironing board provided.
This condo comes with a maximum of 2 parking passes. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).
The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and free tram service for the entire complex.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay to watch my son compete in the Ironman in Panama City Beach. This penthouse apartment was extremely comfortable and spacious. The view was spectacular. Tower 1 is central to everything. The unit overlooks the pool and beach. The beach and ocean are spectacular. Communication with the host was excellent.

This is our 2nd vacation, staying in the same unit at the Edgewater Resort. Mr. Mann is super friendly and very easy to communicate with, always responding in a very timely manner. The unit is very clean and well appointed, which makes for a comfortable and relaxing vacation time!!! And the view is absolutely stunning! When returning to Panama City Beach, Mr. Mann’s unit will always be our first choice. Thank you for another wonderful vacation! Our PCB home away from home!!

Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the kitchen and living room! So many windows! The upper balcony was a wonderful upgrade! Kids got a hit using the spiral staircase - the coolest! Tons of seating inside and on balconies! Big fridge and enough cooking supplies! Appliances were nice and upgraded. Laundry machines were nice to knock out laundry. Dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and basic soaps were supplied. Downfalls: king bed is terrible and should be replaced. So sunken in. Had 3 days of workers coming into our room. First day was to inspect and take pics. Luckily they came while husband and kids were finishing breakfast and I ran to the store so didn’t interrupt too much. Second day was 2 hours - upgrading fire system. Super nice guys but we weren’t comfortable leaving our room with stranger inside. Almost missed a cruise we booked. Third day they had to repaint where they drilled and patched. Again- had to take up our time bc we didn’t want people in our room unattended. Handle on bathtub falls off and smashed my kids foot. Upstairs ac unit plug is jank and loose and no outlet cover. It wasn’t on so i pushed in the plug and it shot sparks out and tripped the breaker. Overall- lots of space and a beautiful resort! Beach is beautiful and the ocean was so clear. Lots of pool space! The tower 2&3 pools are smaller but heated! Can walk to two surf tourist shops. Lots of close by places for meals out. Publix 6 min away for groceries. The restaurant onsite was great!
