The only issue we have ever had staying at Ocean Ritz was back in 2012, a fridge went out and we lost all our food and was told we would be reimbursed but never was. Other then that, we are never disappointed.

Our family loved this location. The pool, hot tub, and beach were perfect! The living area and dining area were comfortable. TVs in every bedroom and the amount of bathroom towels and linens were appreciated. One of the king mattresses and the queen mattress were not comfortable. The king especially needs replaced as it killed our backs. The place has an amazing balcony but the furniture needs replaced asap. Many of the pieces are not safe to sit on. The kitchen, while not a cooks dream, had most of what we needed. Parking was not a problem during our stay. If not a skilled driver, garage is a little scary to get in and out of. One of the ceiling fans in the bedroom was about to literally fall down, but maintenance came almost immediately and fixed it. Location is great with Walmart close by, ice cream store across street, and other restaurants and stores within walking distance. Elevators are very fast too!

Check in was a breeze and the view was wonderful! There is only one available parking space in the condo parking garage (Make sure to drive nothing bigger than a crossover; parking is TIGHT!) The over flow parking holds about 12 vehicles. Nearby city parking is the next street over and is 12 per day. Good location, plenty of restaurants and only 2 blocks from Walmart. There were no large pots, skillets or sheet pans but we brought those with us. Plenty of utensils plates etc. This is an older condo so it had some dings; furniture was mostly new, beds were clean. The ceiling fans, return vent and washing machine are in need of a good cleaning but everything else was decently clean minus a little dust. We had a great time and would definitely go back; you can’t beat the price for a 4 br condo!

This stay had the potential to be great. Unfortunately it was not. The floors of the condo were nasty. White socks would be black on the bottoms if you walk in them on the floor. The hot water was ridiculously hot. It scalded a couple members of my family the first day. This could be turned down a little for the safety of the renters. The fan vent light in the master bedroom over the shower has some kind of electrical short and would flicker on and off. Then there was the incident with the Wifi company and HOA visit that we were NOT made aware was going to happen. Most of my family were at the pool. My oldest son’s wife, my younger son and his wife and child were in the condo. My son reports someone was knocking at the door. He answered it and the person said they were with the WiFi company to do work. My son told him we were not notified of a visit and he needed to check with the rental mgmt co. The man was fine with that. My son reached out to me and I checked my texts/emails and there was no notification. I let him know that and I attempted to call the rental co. I had to leave a message. Then I texted them and waited for a response. They texted me telling me the WiFi company and HOA needed access to the unit for WiFi issues and were denied access. But they had tried to force entry in to the unit while I was trying to find out if they were authorized to be there. HOA said they told the mgmt of the need for a visit a week prior to our stay.
