About this apartment rental
Come visit Perdido Key and relax in this 3 bedroom/2 bath unit, located on the far west end of the 4th floor of Tower 3. From the beautifully furnished Gulf Front balcony, you and your guests can be sure to thoroughly enjoy the view of our private beach and the Gulf waters, possibly catching a glimpse of dolphins playing as well. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, private access to the unit's balcony and a master bathroom that has a walk-in stand-up shower. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and a smaller private balcony, while the third bedroom has 2 full beds and TV. Between the two bedrooms is the second bathroom with shower/tub combo. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook your favorite meals. The dining room seats 6 with ease and also includes a breakfast bar with 4 additional seating. This unit has a lovely living room with all new reclining sofas for the family to sit and visit, with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Located in Tower 3, the swimming pool is just downstairs, along with the fitness room and restrooms located in the breezeway. You can take a walk on our 800 ft of private beach or continue your walk to Johnson's Beach National Seashore and enjoy the beautiful sunset. After you have stayed at Sandy Key, you won't want to stay anywhere else. All units include a full size washer and dryer, cable TV, and free WiFi. Please no smoking or pets allowed on property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Anytime we had issues they were taking care of right away. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo was easy to check in. Carts were available for luggage. 2 elevators working but stairs close and easy to use. Condo was clean. We noticed bedding was old. Sheets good but pillows and blankets need good washing or updated. TVs ok. We had trouble in one room but got it working. View is incredible. Short walk to beach. Everyone super friendly and no problem finding spot on beach. Pool was nice and bathrooms by pool super clean and convenient. We saw blue angles practice which is free on Wednesday. We did 15$ surfs up dolphin cruise and that was amazing.
