Tipsy Turtle PCB (Villa #201) offers a serene, beautifully decorated escape within the exclusive Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. This ground-floor, end-unit villa provides 5-star comfort and easy access to both the emerald Gulf waters and the resort's premier amenities.
š¢ Enjoy the unique charm of "The Tipsy Turtle," where the pace of life slows down as soon as you step onto one of the largest double covered patios on the property, featuring two dining tables and views of a pond filled with turtles, ducks, and water lilies.
Inside, a perfectly situated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout features a comfy living area with couch and loveseat, a Smart TV, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances large and small plus dishware, cookware and utensils.
The Tipsy Turtle comfortably sleeps 6:
~ The main suite includes a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk-in closet, private patio access, and a remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
~ The guest bedroom offers two full beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk in-closet, and access to the remodeled guest bathroom.
For your convenience, a full sized washer and dryer and free, high speed WIFI, and beach towels are included, and a seasonally heated pool is located right outside your front door
š Prime "Walk-to-Everything" Location
You're just a couple hundred yards from the white sands, lush lagoon pool, restaurant, bars and more. You can reach it all via the resortās pedestrian bridge or a free tram ride. We are one of the closest villas to the Edgewater Convention Center and Clubhouseāperfect for guests attending competitions or meetings--and you can also step outside the resort to find a variety of walkable dining options from fresh seafood and Cajun cafes to pizza and casual American eats.

Condo was the perfect location with a short walk to the beach/restaurants and beautiful view of the golf course. Loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise and the ducks and turtles on the golf course pond. Great amenities with plenty of pools (some heated) to choose from. Would highly recommend booking your stay here!

The Tipsy Turtle condo is in the perfect spot, close to a heated pool & the walkover bridge! We had plenty of room for our son, his wife, 2 kids, my husband & I. I would definitely recommend this condo & we would be more than willing to stay there again!

From check-in to check-out, we were properly informed and directed on the procedures of the property. The villa is located in an awesome spot with food, entertainment and shops nearby. We had access to multiple pools and a beautiful spot on the beach. The villa was clean and nicely decorated, stocked with all the essential appliances to accommodate your trip. We look forward to visiting again in the future!
