Gorgeous Two Level Two Bedroom Beach Access Villa near Old Fort Bay
This gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bathroom Villa is located in the beautiful Water Mill Villas gated-community at the foot of the North South Highway just outside of Ocho Rios and directly next door to Old Fort Bay.
Your ideal vacation rental has a spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the first level with direct access to your private patio and community swimming pool.
The upper level consists of two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The bright and spacious Masterbedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom, a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are outfitted with AC units, ceiling fans and TV sets for your comfort.
Enjoy the beautifully manicured landscape or light up the outdoor BBQ grill by the swimming pool for a lime with family and friends. A five minute walk from your Villa will take you to the private Old Fort Bay beach.
You will enjoy your vacation stay with us and when you leave, you will return again and again to this beautiful place.

The property is quiet and nice for families who wish to be away from all the crowds. There’s a pool and a nice beach that is a 3 minute walk and not crowded at all. The property is a bit tricky to drive into so you just have to be very aware when coming off the main road which is very busy.

The villa is exactly as advertised with all the amenities one might need for a vacation stay. The unit was comfortable and clean. The compound beautifully landscaped and safe. The property manager was always accessible and responsive. Old Fort Bay beach is a lovely beach and just a short walk away. This is not a hotel and you will need a car to get around to the supermarket and attractions but we knew that beforehand. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at this property again.

The booking process was straightforward. We provided Ms. D.K. with our requirements, and the property exceeded them all.
House:
Lower Floor: While not very large, the living area/ kitchen was comfortable and well designed.
Upper Floor: the rooms were clean and spacious. The larger room with the King size bed overlooks the garden and pool, which are well maintained (see below).
Room Service:
For a minimal fee, arrangements can be made for additional cleaning and if needed, a full-time cook.
During our visit, this was done by Andrea. She was friendly but professional. None of our valuables went missing, and the place was spotless. The food she prepared was exceptional.
Property:
The property is well-maintained; the pool was immaculate.
Additionally, the pool is shallow, so the risk of accidents is significantly reduced. There a grille next to the pool house, so one can have a BBQ while either having a swim or hanging by the pool.
Access was provided a wonderful private beach, which is about a 2 minutes walk away. Ms D.K. was very professional and replied to queries promptly
