The Space:

Sea Forever is a two-level condo with no neighbors above or below, designed to make the most of its incredible waterfront setting. The open main level features a comfortable living area centered around the view, granite kitchen with a large island, in-unit laundry, convenient main floor half bath and access to a private wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a bird’s-eye view of the water, another private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. A second spacious bedroom and full bathroom are also located on this level.



Smart TVs are available throughout the condo. Cable service is not provided, so guests should bring their login information for their preferred streaming services.



Condo association rules require all grilling to take place at least 10 feet from the building. Grilling is never permitted beneath the carport.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, a private entrance, two private balconies, the heated community pool, community dockage, and designated covered parking for two vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Sea Forever is located in a quiet, well-maintained Gulf-front condo community beside Vaca Cut and just off US-1. The location provides convenient boating access to both the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic waters while keeping Marathon’s restaurants, marinas, shops, and attractions within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Marathon and the surrounding Florida Keys. Two designated covered parking spaces are provided beneath the unit. Guests bringing a boat or trailer should carefully review the dockage and parking limitations below before arrival.



Other Things to Note:

*Dockage is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one boat can be accommodated, and guests should confirm that their boat is suitable for the approximately 30-foot dock before arrival.



*There are 59 linear feet of covered space beneath the building for vehicles and boat trailers. If your combined setup exceeds 59 feet, you must arrange off-site trailer parking before arrival. For information about nearby trailer parking at the neighboring church, please ask the host.



The closest boat ramp is The Quay on Overseas Highway at Mile Marker 54, near Island Fish Company Restaurant.
