Refurbished throughout and with a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower, this one bedroom first floor apartment offers fantastic sea views and stunning scenery and is only 50 metres from West Beach.
The light, spacious lounge opens into a double-glazed sun-room and outside balcony and is comfortably furnished. There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a 3-seater click-clack sofa bed in the lounge which opens to a small double bed, suitable for younger children.
The apartment has a garage and is accessed via a spiral staircase from the car park, or a straight staircase at the front of the building which leads straight on to the esplanade.
All rooms in the apartment have heating should it be required.
50 yards from the apartment is Parkdean Holiday Park which has a swimming pool which is open to the public.
Dogs are welcome and the area is ideal for walking.

We were very happy in the apartment this week. It is a great location, with a wonderful sea view. The balcony is a bonus. Beds were comfy, and it was nice and quiet. We love West Bay, and will definitely stay here again.

Apartment was clean and well equipped as described in the listing. Just a pity the weather wasnt very good. The only problem we had was the parking as the garage was a little tight for our car to be able to use.

Very average. No internet. Shower hardly works, thermostat has failed.
Inside is dated but clean. Outside is ugly and rundown.
Kitchen is nice and fairly new.
