About this cottage rental
Welcome to our Poncey-Highland guest house! It's the perfect home base from which to explore all Atlanta has to offer. Enjoy an easy stroll to the Beltline (10 min), Ponce City Market (10 min), Freedom Park (5 min), Virginia Highlands (6 min), and Inman Park (10 min). Or hop in the car for a quick drive to the Georgia Aquarium (10 min), High Museum (10 min), and Mercedes-Benz Stadium (12 min).
Following a day out and about, relax in privacy with all the essentials.
Our guest house is located behind the main house nestled in our beautiful backyard. There are a few stairs up from the driveway. Enjoy two bedrooms with a full size bed and single bed (+trundle bed) and one bathroom with shower. There is a full kitchen with a coffee machine and kitchen supplies for cooking.
Please note house rules: No parties. No smoking in the house or on the property.

The guest house was nice and clean. The coffee in the kitchen is a nice touch. The location is perfect for walking. We stayed here to have easy access to the beltline during an event at Piedmont Park. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Rafi was great with communication. I'd stay here again.

This is a great little spot to crash and check out Atlanta. Walkable and very easy to get to other interesting areas. Host was communicative and answered questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay.
