Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo beautiful ocean front unit at the beautiful and pristine Northwest Point Condominiums. The beauty of this resort is the tranquility and privacy you feel from the moment you arrive. It's well removed from the crowds of Grace Bay but only a short car ride to all the major attractions. The resort is situated on a fifteen acre tract of land located adjacent to the National Marine Park and Nature Preserve, a 15 minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport , grocery stores, and restaurants in Grace Bay. From the moment you arrive at Northwest Point Resort you can sense the feeling of seclusion. You will often be the only ones on the beach or at the pool. There is a great feeling of privacy but it's not for everyone. While you can be in the action and crowds at Grace Bay, Palmas Del Mar is for those who want to escape all the crowds and enjoy the beauty of the island. The beach in either direction is a great nature walk where there is little chance of seeing anyone else.
Palmas Del Mar is a one bedroom, one bath, second floor Ocean front corner unit. The unit is fully renovated with high end tiles floors throughout. Rich wood kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Two full bathrooms which is a rarity in a one bedroom unit! New washer and dryer and comfy king bed. A lovely glass top wooden table with seating for four in the dining room. All new Polywood furniture on the spacious balcony. Additional housekeeping is available on a per request basis at a reasonable rate. Northwest Point Resort is located at the end of Millenium Highway just past Blue Hills. A car is recommended as you need it to explore the entire island and the array of local attractions.

The condo was great - especially the beautiful view of the ocean from the deck! We really enjoyed the pool and appreciated the tiki umbrellas and chairs on the beach. We visited Grace Bay twice (which has breathtaking blue water). We went horseback riding along the edge of the ocean!

If you want peace and quiet, less touristy with beautiful views then this is the spot. The description is everything it says it is. It was really nice having the onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner when needed since all we wanted to do is catch up on rest on the beach. Hal is an exceptional person, very nice and responds immediately with any questions. Definitely a place (and host) to return to.

Ahhhh. This was it...the perfectly quiet and amazingly gorgeous vacation space we needed to rest, enjoy and re-energize with Turks and Caicos nature beauty surrounding us. We snorkled with turtles, saw baby osprey take their first flight, gasped at the beautiful water color, and enjoyed endless walks.

Beautiful setting! Outdoor (covered porch) , perfect view of beach and ocean! We felt like we had our own private beach! Owner was always quick in responding to messages and gave thorough info about condo, things to do in area etc, prior to arrival. Beautiful place!!
