Enjoy this modern & unique two storey guest house that offers the perfect, well equipped home for all travellers. Beautifully designed for comfort & privacy, the ground floor has a bright open living and kitchen/laundry whilst the upper floor has a good size bedroom & bathroom. It' a cosy & private home that is located in a quiet neighbourhood within 2 minutes walk to the most convenient shops, restaurants & parks . The bus stop is 2 houses away and it is 15 minutes walk to the train station. Only 7 minutes drive to Parramatta CBD and 35 minutes to Sydney CBD.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was small (not ideal for someone who is 6'2) but I (5'2) had no issues. It was in a great location, easy to access. Maryum was easy to talk to and get a hold of anytime we needed something.
