About this cottage rental
Nestled among the towering pines, a short walk to the longest fresh water beach in the world! 5 min. drive to Walmart and Tim Hortons. 1 bedroom Cottage is also available to rent on same property. Must be min. 30yrs. of age to rent. No smoking, no pets. Guests are to supply bedding including sheets, blankets, pillows, towels etc. We supply all necessary cooking/cleaning utensils. All of our cottages are professionally cleaned before each guest check-in.
Our cottages are one of the few cottages that offer free parking and walking distance to the beach.
Please note that we are a family friendly property and we cater to families. The primary guest in charge of booking must be minimum 25 years of age to book this cottage. If you are looking for a place to party, please check out Blue Coast cottages or Summerhill cottages.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is more spacious than the pictures depict and is well equipped. The cottage has been renovated and presents as modern but livable and comfortable. The back deck is large and the backyard, though shared with other cottages, delighted the kids. And you can't beat the location. Super close to the beach and shorefront stores and restaurants. It's also a 3 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants and Walmart. We would highly recommend this cottage!

Family spending time together. The cottage is a ideal location, just a minute to walk to the main beach, few minutes by car to the mall, easy to get entertaining like go-cart, mini golf, ball painting game. Friendly host. Very clean environment.

Our first surprise was that the floor was really dirty. Our feet were full of dirt within 10 minutes of our arrival. It was obvious that no cleaning was done prior to our arrival.Also, all of the beds and mattresses are extremely old and in need to be changed. The springs make incredible noise. One of the bed frame needed to be screwed tight.There is only the bare minimum to cook. Not enough pots and pans, no foil paper, no baking tray, just an aluminum tray that we had to throw out after 2 uses. Not enough dishes for 8 people (the house is advertised for 8 people), so not salt and pepper for cooking. There is only a broom to clean the house so we had to go and buy a swiffer to be able to clean the floor.The floor is broken in places and badly installed with gaps between some slats. The balcony is extremely old with rusted screws everywhere. The wood creaks all the time.But, on the positive side, the location is great. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach.We would go back the Wasaga Beach but not to this house.
