Your own private entrance to a 3 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 bath, & kitchen place. 1 private and secure parking spot. Have another tenant on premise, NO shared space.

Short driving distance to PCC, Cal Tech, Rose Parade, Restaurants, Shops, Metro, & Bus lines. Great central location to Disney, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and everything in LA.

The bungalow was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. James was easy to work with, reaponding quickly to any questions.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bedroom and living room area are quite large. Parking available in the driveway, though the driveway is narrow so may be difficult for larger trucks. Charging is also available for electric vehicles at an additional cost.
