The setting is private and easily accessible to the reservoir, University of North Georgia, vineyards, and wedding venues. The home is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. For hiking enthusiasts, the trail around the reservoir is only a few hundred feet off the back of the property.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The yard is spacious and newly sodded so the kids enjoyed running around in the beautiful area. It’s secluded from main highways so it’s quiet and surrounded by beautiful trees. The home was great!

So cozy! The house was decorated for the season. Very clean, neat, and well appointed with plenty of linens. The kitchen had everything necessary to make a full meal. It's a wonderful spot!
