This fully furnished, professionally decorated unit features 9 ft ceilings, granite counter tops, full-length windows throughout all living spaces including full length terrace that lead to your private balcony with a corner view of the gulf of Mexico. The separate bunkroom has a twin bed with twin trundle, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road, Aqua is within walking distance of Gulf World Marine Park and the Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex. This condo is an A3 floor plan with 1104 sq.ft. living space and 227 sq.ft. terrace space located on the 15th floor of Aqua and is .4 miles East of Pier Park. Beach service included during your stay.
Parking passes starting 1/1/25 are now $50 per pass
Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

We have been staying in PCB for the last 30 years and this was our first time at this property. The self check-in process was seamless. The unit was clean. The proximity to shopping and restaurants was very convenient, and the amenities were great. The staff in the restaurant seemed unhappy that I came in to get an overpriced muffin one morning, but maybe she just had an off day. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

The unit needed to be updated and deep cleaned. The pillows smelled bad. It was not as I thought it would be. There was lipstick stain on a glass. Sorry.
