About this apartment rental
Located in Rome’s historical center, this stunning apartment is in a strategic position to visit the Eternal City.
Major city’s touristic and iconic sites can be reached with a pleasant walk through charming center alleys and streets:
Piazza Navona (7 mins) or Campo de' Fiori (10 mins)
Pantheon (12 mins) or St. Peter Basilica in Vatican (15 mins)
Trevi Fountain (20 mins) and Spanish Steps (25 mins)
This awesome apartment offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic elegance and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It consists of a master double bedroom (bed size 160 x 195 cms) with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom (bed size 140 x 195 cms) and another bathroom with shower.
The spacious and elegant living room includes dining table and an open kitchen.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while a Dyson fan provides ventilation in the living room.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in each bedroom), autonomous heating, wash&dryer machine, dishwasher, mid size oven, Nespresso and kettle.

- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.
- Cooking class and home dinner with the chef.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

This is a nice apartment in a very good location. It is about equidistant from St. Peters and Piazza Navona and an easy 5-minute walk to each. Via dei Banchi Nuovi is a charming and active street. It appeared to us that a majority of the apartments in the building are short-term rentals. A Carrefour Express mini supermarket is a block away, as are bus stops on the major East-West lines. Nearby are a number of good restaurants and lots of interesting shops. There is an elevator, but you must climb 3 flights of stairs (29 steps) to reach it. This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some. The air conditioning was much better than in other places we have stayed in Europe. The washer/dryer takes some getting used to, but works ok with small loads. The door locks during the drying cycle, making it impossible to remove clothes before they wrinkle. The beds are comfortable, and closet storage is more than adequate. The kitchen lacks a microwave oven but is otherwise well stocked. There are plenty of knives, but none of them is particularly sharp. It was difficult cutting crusty Italian bread with any of them. Adding one sharp knife would be a great improvement. Another suggestion for improvement would be to clean or replace the ironing board cover.We were very impressed with the management company. Although we didn’t have many issues, when we did, they were very responsive. All in all, we would give this apartment a very high recommendation.

From my initial contact with Donatello, helping to arrange airport transfer to private tour; she made it so easy. The home couldn’t have been in a better location and all the comforts. I highly recommend

The location was perfect. The biggest downfall was the elevator not working and having to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs. It started working when we checked out.
