About this house rental
The Corner house is a beautiful rental nestled in the history-rich town of Ripley, OH. Located on a quiet street in small-town USA, you'll feel right at home. Our house is sparkling clean and thoughtfully furnished, and whether you are on a work trip, or vacationing, you'll find it to be the perfect spot. The kitchen is in the center of the house and is furnished with the basics for cooking and baking and is surrounded by the family room and the living room, making it the perfect area for cooking and gathering with loved ones. There is also a lovely screened patio area for enjoying days with balmy weather. We have two bedrooms with queen beds, and one child friendly bedroom with a set of twin bunks, and a queen sized fold-out bed in the family room that can sleep two more. There is a full bathroom and another bathroom/laundry room combo. The Ohio River flows just out of sight of the house and Front Street with its beautiful views and historic homes is a mere mile away. - We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.
- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The only con was the frame on the bunk bed sits on the floor and seems to be broken. Every time you move it creaks and being so low to the floor makes it hard to get out of the bed. Also one of the members of the group was surprised that there was not a TV. We went into town and had dinner at the Boat Club. Food was good and we had a great view of the river and a beautiful sunset! Would definitely recommend the place and would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. It was so much bigger than you might expect. It had a Keurig.To my surprise. I had brought instant because I didn’t want to make a whole pot of coffee. I was the only one of us that drank it. The area was quite at night and a safe area It was close to the bridges over the Ohio river, which went into maysville where we visited our friends. Hope to use it again when we visit again

The house was spotless; furniture and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we’re in the area. One thing to note, though, there is no TV.
