Welcome to #328, a comfy, pet friendly (maximum two pets; $15 per pet, per night), King Studio at the Hearthstone Lodge. The perfect space to relax and unwind after an action-packed day on the mountain. Centrally located in the heart of Sun Peaks Village, just a few steps away from restaurants, shops, and amenities. With portable AC installed during summer!

Location:
- Located at the Hearthstone Lodge in the center of the Sun Peaks Village
- Village view
- Ski- in: With its central location, you can ski in from all three mountains
- Ski- out: Step out of the Hearthstone Lodge and ski over to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts or cross the road over to the Morrisey Platter
Bed Configuration:
- Sleeps 3 adults or a family of 4
- King Bed (Occupancy: 2)
- Sofa Bed: Double (Occupancy: 1-2)
Thoughtful extras: All bed and bath linens provided, quality linens and towels, all washed at 60ºc
Bathroom:
- Combination bathtub and shower, basin, and toilet
Thoughtful extras: Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap
Kitchen:
- Fully stocked efficiency kitchen with two burner stove (no oven), full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher
- Cookware and appliances including kettle, coffee maker and toaster
Thoughtful extras: coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, and cling wrap
Living and Dining:

Overall it was a pleasant experience, and good value. The sun peaks area is a nice little village. The only issues we had was we booked it through vrbo but then the communication switched to emails from sun peaks, if its booked through vrbo communication should be through vrbo as well. It was also not very convenient that there is no one available after 5:30pm so any issues or concerns there is no one to get a hold of like when we arrived late and our parking pass we had paid for the cards they gave us we were left on our own to figure out how to park where to park this was not our mistake and not something we should be left with to figure out on our own and no way to get a hold of anyone. Probably a little generous with the 4 star rating.

Was a perfect place for our ski trip! Very clean and cozy. Wonderful location and loved being able to cook breakfast there.
