Clean & comfortable rooms, good location. Great for families needing interconnecting rooms.

The hotel is clean and well serviced. Kamloops was a transitional stop in a road trip and the Thompson hotel met our needs as a good place to stay
It’s not amazing. It is a modest place.

We have been coming here long time love everything about the place
Unfortunately (new renos/management?) many stairwells while signed to ‘NOT USE’ are mandatorily left unlocked and whenever people do not obey the signage the fire alarm goes off. We stayed there as had to get up at 430 in morning for early flight and live 2 hours out of town. We had hard time falling asleep until close to midnight then the fire alarm went off 230am and we couldn’t get back to sleep after. No apologies explanations or refunds/discounts offered. Disappointing and wasnt told parking fee extra (also new) paid a lot for hotel for no sleep on a long stressful trip ahead. Will be looking at other options next time. Sad but QUALITY sleep MOST important!
