I liked the upgrade to a room on the top floor. I liked the maintenance of the building and the room. I liked the cleanliness of the room, very clean. I liked how the windows opened as we were able to open and fresh air all night.
I didn't like the fragrance of the Dove products. Too much perfume. I didn't like t he height of the soap and shampoo station in the bath tub/shower as I couldn't reach it from the tub. The door over the fridge would be better if if could slide to the side to allow for easier access. I found it be annoying to open that door and have it in the way of others passing by.

Loved the room, the beds, it was super comfy. Staff really helpful
No Smart TV, & breakfast was a bit of a let down. Disappointed at paper plates, cutlery etc especially in a country which is so hot on recycling

I liked the location and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hottub jets were not working.

No internet on second floor , the staffs are nice , changed us to the main floor. The wi-wi was working, but we found the toilet was broken in the midnight, and couldn’t flush it, I had to go washroom in the hallway.
