This gorgeous 1 King Bedroom, 2 spacious Bathroom Condo on the 6th floor is completely renovated and updated with charming and classy coastal décor. It's the perfect "Home Away from Home" and is waiting for you to enjoy on YOUR Beach Vacation! This upscale condo has been totally redone with beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new gel mattress topper! You will enjoy the ice in the freezer door, the fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, spice rack, salt and pepper and a brand new blender for your use! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for you to use in case you plan to stay in and cook a fabulous meal! You will find everything you need to make your stay complete including coffee pods, sweeteners, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, clothes hamper, assorted clothes hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and a brand new washer and dryer for your use. This unit has a brand new air conditioner installed in 2020 that will keep you cool and comfortable and a brand new stand up shower in the master bath that will soothe your senses after a long day at the beach!
This relaxing retreat includes FREE beach chairs and umbrella during the season (March 15th or sooner through October 31st).
You will absolutely love this location! It is right next door to Runaway Island and you can also walk across the street to enjoy Mexican, Seafood, Pizza and Wings! Pier Park is just a short walk or drive away where you will also enjoy the Fishing Pier and many more fine restaurants and shops.
Emerald Beach Resort is true to it's name. It is a true upscale Beach Resort! You will enjoy the 3 pools, poolside Tiki Bar, hot tub, Starbucks, Sunsations Gift Shop, Grilling Area, Fitness Center, Ice Cream and snack bar, shuffleboard, corn hole, indoor and outdoor game rooms, Fitness Center, Day spa, and Boardwalk access to the stunning beach! The one of a kind Sky Bar located in the street walkover hosts happy hour, karaoke, and many more fun events.

The condo was great, and exactly as pictured. The location worked out great for us, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Teresa’s condo! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and at home. The views are perfect from the extra large patio. The walk in shower is so luxurious and the beds are SO comfortable! All of the extra amenities were so thoughtful and made our stay just that much more positive. Kitchen is fully stocked and had extra everything available - extra kitchen necessities including but not limited to ziploc bags of all sizes, paper plates, cups and bowls, creamer, variety of sugars, keurig pods. Extra bathroom necessities included but not limited to hair dryer, first aid kit, sunscreen, aloe Vera, body lotion, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Although we brought our own, there is also a beach umbrella and a few beach chairs available on the patio. There are new bedside tables with large drawers and a large chest of drawers all not pictured so that was a wonderful surprise and came in handy to keep our things packed away! The closet is supplied with plenty of extra hangers and a laundry hamper. The new washer/dryer came in handy! The beach service with chairs and umbrella absolutely sold it though! It’s so nice to have. There were a couple minor inconvenience on the resort premises including some sewage problems creating a bad smell in some areas and two broken elevators. But I do believe they were working on fixing both and should not affect future stays! All in all, 10/10 recommend staying here and we would consider staying here again!

The condo was fantastic. Several amenities that the host has to ensure a great stay. Bed was sooo comfy! Building itself just needs to fix the elevators, they were down a lot.
