Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Upon arrival, the bed sheets and towels were unwashed/dirty, the floors were not clean, and several kitchen utensils were dirty. There was also a noticeable smell of smoke when we entered the home. In the shower, we found a dirty loofah left behind, which was unpleasant and concerning from a hygiene standpoint.Several items in the home were broken or not functioning properly, including a bathroom fan, two closet doors, noisy/broken beds, and the shower stopped working during our stay. These issues made the stay uncomfortable and added unnecessary stress.We were traveling with a baby, and the cleanliness concerns in particular did not feel safe or appropriate for an infant.On a positive note, the host was very responsive with communication, which we appreciated. The pool and large backyard pool area were clean and enjoyable, and those were definite highlights of the property.Overall, this home has potential, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues need to be addressed before we would consider staying again or recommending it to others.

About this house rental

This beautiful and modern property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Only 10 minutes away from the beach and all the city has to offer! You will have access to a large backyard with a big PRIVATE pool ready for you to enjoy. We are about 20 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. South Beach and downtown Miami are about 40 minutes away.
NO PARTIES! NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS! NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
