Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.
Parking Permits:
5 parking permits per home
Solterra Resort's new policy requires a one-time fee to gain access to the resort's amenities. If you wish to access the clubhouse amenities you will need to pay the resort a fee.
-groups with 1-12 people $35 one time fee
-groups with 13+ people $45 one time fee

This is a great home for larger groups of people. The layout is very sensible. The pool and the outside area was very well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. An overall positive experience.

A safe resort and a very clean house. Beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and clean. Carl and Alex, the hosts, were very accessible and kind.

Great property with lots of space for a big group & loved there were so many bathrooms for each room. Very clean. Outside area with pool & hot-tub were great & plenty of seating.One thing i was surprised about was the lack of things in the house which I believe is a FL thing. You basically get a bath & hair towel per person & bare minimum supplies that we spent the 1st day of our vacation at walmart stocking up. There were no hangers in the closets, coffee filters, spare toilet rolls, or hand towels in the bathroom outside of the towels i mentioned. There was also very little ambient lighting just main very bright lights that we ended up buying some for our stay.Great house but needs more attention to detail to make it more homely & inviting.
