This tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath open layout home is just the place for you and your family, including your favorite furry friend! Enter the home from the side and step into the living room. On the other side of the living room is the dining area and kitchen. Prepare your fresh seafood meals here! Also on this floor is a half bath with a washer and dryer.
Soak up the sun or relax in the evenings on the large oceanfront sun deck with built in seating. This is the perfect place to watch the sunrise each day, pelicans gliding by or to keep an eye on the family just steps away on the beach.

You will be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

We really enjoyed having a porch that was right on the beach. Traveling with our dog and one-year- old baby, it felt like we were sitting on the beach without always having to get sandy! Master bedroom has nothing but beautiful beach views! This was definitely our favorite vacation yet! The property was very clean upon arrival, and has a key code to check in right at the property. You can also rent linens or anything else you may need (high chair, baby gates, etc) right on the Ward Realty website, and they are added into the cost total for your trip so you can make one easy payment. There are vacuums & brooms available to clean up any sand that is tracked in during your stay, as well as a washer & dryer in the downstairs bathroom. Only things that were not provided were toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and linens (which we rented). Overall, Periwinkle was a very nice place, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
