The rental property is situated in a lovely location with beautiful views of the Sound. The peaceful surroundings helped to balance out the somewhat challenging access via the driveway, making the effort to get there worthwhile.The location is quite convenient—close to Havelock and within a reasonable distance of Picton, making it a practical base for exploring local activities and attractions. Whether you're interested in the marinas, hiking trails, or simply enjoying the natural beauty, this property is well-placed for it all.The house itself is spacious and provides a comfortable environment for guests. It offers plenty of room, making it suitable for families or larger groups. However, it's worth noting that the home could benefit from a little TLC to improve the overall experience.Overall, this rental property is a good choice for those looking for a scenic location with easy access to nearby activities. While the house could benefit from some additional attention, the space and views make it a pleasant stay.
