The house was lovely as described and on a beautiful estate. It was extremely comfortable.
However, we were disappointed with the level of cleanliness. Some of the carpets were really badly stained and the oven and trays were covered in grease. No cleaning products or cloths provided so we had to buy some to clean it before we could use it. Also just one tea towel which we had to keep washing! There were quite a few caterpillars in the house when we arrived too and we were careful to keep the doors shut.

My family and I stayed in the water song resort several times in the past and stayed at a lot of nice houses. This house was no exception absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet location. We couldn’t have asked for more. Heather and her staff took every care to make sure that our stay was wonderful and enjoyable any issues or questions I had were quickly dealt with. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much.
