About this house rental
Our newly renovated home has a big living room area and is fully equipped with furniture. Our main house has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom All bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Our backyard is big and perfect for outdoor activities. Only 7 minutes away from St. Pete Downtown and 10 mins away from many area's beautiful beaches. Only 5 mins away from Mangrove Bay and Cypress Links Golf Courses.

Great place to stay in St. Pete. We really enjoyed our trip here. Booked this place for our one week trip and it felt like we were visiting our granny’s house back in India. It felt like a home away home, the host was very responsive and made sure our time here was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice house to stay while they’re in St. Pete/Clearwater area.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the location and neighborhood. The manager was very accommodating to us. The house was very clean and easy to keep it that way. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. The king bed is a tempur pedic which was a bit firm for our taste.We were disappointed with several things. The size of the TV (32 inch) in relation to the size of living room was absurd. The kitchen lacked cooking utensils. There was only shelf space for clothes in the master bedroom, no chest of drawers. The house is far more suitable for a short stay than it is for one like ours, two months.

House is clean and neat and the beds are very comfortable . Quiet neighborhood and great location. Area is walkable with stores and services nearby. We had a lovely time and highly recommend the home and the host to anyone looking for a great place to stay when visiting St. Petersburg. Thanks so much for everything.
