About this house rental
Vacation at this fully remodeled luxury 4 bedroom home on one of the most beautiful streets in Breckenridge. Tiger rd is known for its privacy, large estate homes on acreage and outstanding views- a few well known movies have been filmed on Tiger rd too!! Ahem…(Christmas Vacation) This home is only 4.6 miles to downtown Breckenridge and skiing, 5.6 miles to keystone, 7.8 miles to copper and a quick 21 mile jaunt to Vail. It’s a location of choice for getting away from the madness, but still not too remote for quick access to Breck slopes and downtown- less than 10 minutes. Its also the best location with access to hiking, biking, ATV and horse riding trails within walking distance of the property. If you don’t feel like leaving, however, you can just stay and enjoy the large outdoor spaces with picturesque views of the 10 mile range on your own 3 acre sanctuary. Larger acreage is rare when compared to similar properties in Breckenridge promising great views of the 10 mile range, along with one of your neighbors side yards and 6 more roof lines. If you want true serenty away from the city life, this is the place. If you want to potentially see a bear, a moose or a fox, this is the place for ultimate coffee drinking and wildlife watching.
Once you’re inside, the home lives large with 3 levels, it is perfect for your family or group gatherings. It features 4 large bedrooms, accommodating groups of 10 and for those who are 18 and older, a large Rogue gym, equipped with a concept 2 rower and pelaton tread. Each room has its own private outdoor area, boasting gorgeous 10 mile range views..
It’s airy and full of natural light. The main living area is on the second floor and boasts amazing views from the large deck. The home is open concept, the living room flows to the dining room and then into the gorgeous kitchen, an entertainer’s dream. The primary king bedroom is also on the main living level. It has a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, also displaying very private mountain views as you unwind from a long day of skiing. If taking a bath isn’t your thing, grab a towel and step into the huge steam shower. Another primary king bedroom is located on the lower level with a private ensuit, fireplace and office. Two large hotel style en-suite double queen bedrooms await you on the 3rd floor with their own private decks.

Excellent property. It’s just outside the busy area of downtown but close enough to get anywhere you need quickly. The host was perhaps the most friendly and available we’ve interacted with on the VRBO platform. Very helpful and very easy to work with. There is plenty of space in the home, great for larger groups. Very open and unique design as well.

Amazing stay. Incredibly beautiful and clean. Spacious and a wonderful location close to town of Breckinridge and other locations. Would definitely recommend !!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here in Breckenridge. The remodel was perfect and offers everything you would expect from a luxury rental. The interior is new and nice, even down to the hot tub.
It was a refreshing change from the older homes we’ve stayed at in the past. And the views were breathtaking.
The Hosts were wonderful, answering all of our questions promptly. We will be returning to this property yearly.
