One of the home's biggest highlights is the private west-facing pool and spa. The west-facing pool area is especially appealing for guests who enjoy afternoon sunshine and spending time outdoors later in the day. After an exciting morning at Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando, return home for an afternoon swim, stretch out beside the water, or simply slow down and enjoy your own private outdoor retreat.



The screened lanai and spacious pool deck with outdoor patio furniture give everyone plenty of room to enjoy the Florida weather. Start your day with coffee outside, spend a relaxing afternoon swimming, or gather beside the pool in the evening after returning from the theme parks.



Having your own private pool and spa just steps from the living area makes it easy to add relaxation to even the busiest Orlando vacation. The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
