Outside, one of the home's biggest highlights is the private south-facing pool and spa. The desirable south-facing orientation is ideal for families hoping to enjoy plenty of Florida sunshine around the pool throughout the day.



The home is situated on a corner lot, and the screened lanai, spacious pool deck, and outdoor patio furniture provide a comfortable outdoor gathering area for the entire group. The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
