The sunny side of life is closer than you think! The Sunny Surf, a fully updated 3rd floor Surf Condo, is the place to be to recharge and perk up on Topsail Island. Two bedrooms with new mattresses plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, allows for 8 guests to spend quality time together on Topsail Island. In addition, there are 2 baths with a shared (fully remodeled) shower , full kitchen, washer/dryer in the condo, pool views and ocean views. You can enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise on the balcony complete with table and furniture. No detail has been spared to help make your vacation the best it can be. So head to the The Sunny Surf for a warm and bright vacation.

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

On-site laundry facilities available, if necessary - coin operated.
Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home, while you are away from home as possible. All our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, and much more! Please note this does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfect for our needs. The view of the beach was spectacular and we enjoyed the pool and close walk to the beach. However, be sure to read the fine print which indicates linens and towels are not provided. In fact, nothing extra is provided so make sure to bring soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bed sheets, etc. We've never stayed at a place that did not include at least a small amount of complimentary items to get you started. Also, the WiFi password was not provided so I had to reach out for it and didn't get a response until the next day which was an inconvenience. Overall, we had a great time and would come back again.

The unit itself needs some maintenance. Several handles and other items were loose or broken. Otherwise we had a great time in Surf City!

The location was perfect. The inside temperature was not. The owners have a Nest control thermostat that could not be adjusted by the renter. The temp stayed at 77-78 degrees. That’s too hot for us to comfortably sleep in.
