Swan View is an elegant one bedroom ground floor apartment located in a Victorian townhouse in the prestigious area of Low Harrogate, a few minutes walk away from Harrogate's town centre boutiques and restaurants, close to Valley Gardens, with their colourful floral displays and the cosmopolitan Montpellier Quarter.
Ideally located for anyone attending events at the Royal Hall or Conference centre, both a few minutes walk way.
The apartment has a spacious lounge that is well equipped with a large sofa, sofa bed, armchair and TV. There is a dining table with lovely views over to the famous Old Swan Hotel.
The bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table and ample wardrobe and drawer space.
On street parking is available outside the property and parking permits are provided to guests free of charge.

A very comfortable, clean and tidy property with Georgian character and an impressive lounge and bay window.An excellent location for exploring Harrogate (including Betty’s!) and the surrounding area and for attending events at the nearby convention centre.Our host Karen was very helpful with check in and parking instructions and provided us with fresh milk (and wine!).Overall a very satisfactory experience.Simon & Sandra Ward

Have stayed here several times and have enjoyed each stay. Easy walk into Harrogate and Valley Garden. The owner communicates effectively and the check in and check out process is easy.
